Abstract Submission and Guidelines
Submit your Abstract via on-line Registration module (Please note that the accepted abstracts can not be changed or modified without informing the committee after submission deadline.)
A concise and factual abstract (250-500 words) should state briefly the purpose of the research, the principal results and major conclusions. An abstract is often presented separately from the article, so it must be able to stand alone. For this reason, References should be avoided, but if essential, then cite the author(s) and year(s). Also, non-standard or uncommon abbreviations should be avoided, but if essential they must be defined at their first mention in the abstract itself. Authors submitting abstracts and presenting papers are responsible for any conflict of interest and/or plagiarism.
Fulltext Submission (not compulsory) & Guidelines
Submit Fulltext(s) via on-line Registration module (Please note that the accepted fulltexts cannot be changed or modified without informing the committee after submission deadline because the peer review process starts immediately after submission deadline)
Fulltext(s) (max. 10 pages) must be written by using standard template, and grammatically correct and clear.
The number of the fulltext submissions is limited to one author for three articles – this means that any author is allowed to contribute in maximum three articles (as main or co-author).
Each additional published arrticles will be charged to be 190 Euro. After early bird registration, the fee for additional article will be charged to be 220 Euro.
After extensive peer-review, submitted fulltexts will be published in a proceedings journal (IOP Conference Series: Materials Science and Engineering) which is indexed in Web of Science, SCOPUS, etc.
Please consider that registration fee must be paid after acceptance of your fulltext. Otherwise your fulltext will not be included in the journal.
Authors submitting papers are responsible for any conflict of interest and/or plagiarism. The publisher of proceedings is allowed to decline any article with high similarity index (more than 20%) after the submission deadline and peer review process. WMCAUS does not accept responsibility for this, and the fee is not eligible for refund, because there is a charge on the side of the publisher for all processed articles. Additionally, pay attention to self-plagiarism of your submitted articles with other submissions to journals and conference proceedings.
